The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. We particularly enjoyed using the sauna area, which was a nice extra. the hotel provided a pleasant and relaxing Christmas getaway.
There were some downsides. The mattress was too soft, resulting in some back pain after a few nights.

The location of the hotel is convenient, especially for those who want to relax in the sauna area in the cellar. Despite needing some maintenance, the sauna area provides a relaxing atmosphere for a nice and calm evening. the staff is friendly and helpful, answering all questions and ensuring a pleasant stay.
The lack of staff presence overnight, during the day, and in the evenings can be problematic, especially who may need assistance with faulty or lost room cards.

Spent a lovely Easter break in a hotel close to all of the city's attractions with friendly staff and a relaxing sauna area. the location was perfect for exploring the city center, and even better, it was a short walk to the train station. the sauna area was a real treat, providing much-needed relaxation after a long day and was always available to use.
Although the sauna was a definite highlight, the towels were not always clean, and there were a few maintenance issues. It would also have been nice to have staff available to assist with issues like lost room keys outside business hours.

The staff was kind and answered all my questions. They were knowledgeable and helpful. The sauna area, although in need of some maintenance, was fine and provided a relaxing evening. Transportation options in the cellar area, where the sauna is located, were convenient.
